Join/Renew Membership
Select Proper Membership
- Choose the appropriate membership for yourself or for your district or organization
Complete Form
- Complete the membership registration/renewal form for the membership you select
- (Renewal and first-time registration are completed on the same form)
Mail Registration & Payment
- Print your completed form
- Enclose in a single envelope your registration form and money order or check in the amount of your annual dues (payable to: RIASMD)
